So I was very prehensive about spending money on fixing a 9 year old refrigerator, especially if it could be a compressor issue.
However, I was very impressed with the responsive nature in the messages I received. I never had to wait longer than 2 minutes after sending a message, to hear back from them.
Regardless if my intent was to purchase a new fridge, with the effort and patience speaking to me and talking me off of a cliff after a day of a dead fridge and the chaos of 2 teenage daughters, I felt it was worth a gamble to have them come out.
Nikita, man, how many nice things can I say about Nikita. When he came in, the first thing he did was takes his shoes off at my front door, and that's not even a practice we enforce, its more just habit, so to see him take off his shoes out of respect for the house was awesome, Mad Respect for you Nikita. Nikita evaluated my fridge and sure enough it was dead. The price to repair it wasn't even worth contemplating it, it would be like giving a 90 year a heart transplant.
So with all said I wish I could say more than I have, but I definitely appreciate the professionalism, kindness on dealing with my madness and at the end of the day, making a maelstrom of a day feel like there is some peace.
